But there have not been many complaints from those denied. I don’t know if there have been any White disappointed because they were unable to gain citizenship in a Black African country. The Japanese should amend the Status Of Forces Agreement with the U.S. to prohibit the stationing of Black U.S. servicemen on their soil.
